




Spicy Indian Marinade
Ingredients
1/2 cup White vinegar
2 Habanero peppers
2 Serrano peppers
1 Chili
4 Grape tomatoes
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Tumeric
1/2 tsp Curry
1/2 tsp Salt
10 cloves Minced Garlic
Directions
De-stem all peppers and add to vinegar in a small saucepan. Bring vinegar to a boil and blanch peppers for 5 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until liquid. let cool before bottling.
